Their mission is to improve both dental health and aesthetics while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

With a strong reputation for personalized care and advanced treatment methods, the clinic has positioned itself as a trusted provider in its local market. However, to expand its reach and attract more qualified patients, the clinic needed a digital advertising strategy that could effectively compete in the healthcare and dental industry.

The orthodontic clinic faced the challenge of operating in a highly competitive market, where multiple dental and orthodontic providers were targeting the same local audience. Although the clinic had strong expertise and patient outcomes, it lacked digital visibility and struggled to consistently generate new patient leads online.

Previous marketing efforts were limited, with no structured advertising strategy in place. Campaigns lacked refined audience targeting, service-specific messaging, and dedicated landing pages. Without A/B testing or proper conversion tracking, it was difficult to measure performance or identify what was working. This resulted in wasted ad spend and an inability to scale patient acquisition effectively.

Description

To address these challenges, I developed a performance-focused Google Ads strategy tailored to the orthodontic industry. Campaigns were geo-targeted within a 15 km radius of the clinic and segmented into audiences searching for orthodontic care, Invisalign, and braces. Multiple ad formats were deployed, including search campaigns for high-intent queries, display retargeting to re-engage past visitors, and call-only ads during clinic hours. To improve relevance and conversions, I created service-specific landing pages and integrated A/B testing for headlines, ad copy, and calls-to-action. Advanced tracking via conversion events was implemented to ensure accurate performance insights and data-driven optimization.

The campaign delivered measurable results over a multi-month period. With an ad spend of $64,217, the clinic generated 1,820+ qualified leads, achieving an average cost per conversion of $19.88. Based on an average patient value of $400, this translated into an estimated revenue of $256,000+ and a ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 6.6x. By combining precise targeting, advanced tracking, and continuous optimization, the clinic successfully scaled patient acquisition while maintaining profitability.
